With half of the school year gone, students are striving to keep their averages up. Approximately 27 percent of RHS students managed to maintain an “A” or “B” average which places them on the Superintendent’s or Principal’s List the first semester.
  Those students earning all A’s the first semester were placed on the Superintendent’s List.  Those seniors listed were Amanda Cooper, Kate Haynes, Bekka Rich, and Camille Smith.  Juniors listed were Craig Chunn, Lanaesha Cox, Anna Fitts, Erika Gates, Jessica Graves, Chris Kenney, Hillary Medlin, Dana Morton, Brea Rich, and Kayla Thompson.
        Sophomores on the list were Samantha Barnes, Cooper Campbell, Tyler Cox, Zach Decker, Sheena Echols, Jamal Gray, Bryce Green, Kat Harrell, Kayla Jackson, Reed Lindsey, Beneshia Norton, Shelby Ormon, Carrie Simpson, and Trina Simpson.
Freshmen listed were Adriana Cooper, Elizabeth Johnson, Taylor Massengill, Anna Miller, Kara Morton, Rebbecca Ruckes, Caleb Stubbs, Chris Van Slyke, and Rachel Walker.
       The Principal’s List is composed of those students who averaged an A.  Seniors were Carlee Benson, Cindy Benson, Shaquille Cox, Blake Crose, Jake Gowdy, Derrick Johnson, Chase Lerossignol, Cheyenne Lindsey, Lawrence Massengill, Michael McBryde, Tywanna McDonald, Kacie Pickle, Liliana Rangel, Coley Reno, Erika Ruedas, Josh Sanderson, Tyler Stroupe, and Will Wallis.  Juniors listed were Mary Alan Bailey, Julia Bullock, Liz Davis, Candice Green, Steven Hall, Anna Hamilton, Paige Lambert, Matthew Rainey, Melanie Roberson, and Geordi Talley.
